- Rooms are rented month to month. Tell us your move-in date and how long you expect to stay and we’ll confirm what works — most of our renters stay between three and twelve months.
- Are the rooms private?
- Yes. Every room is a private, lockable bedroom rented to one person or couple. Kitchens, living rooms, laundry and backyards are shared with other working professionals, and some rooms include a private bathroom.
- Do you allow pets, smoking or parties?
- No. For everyone's comfort, smoking, vaping, drugs, pets and parties are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
