Furnished homes, run by people who actually live nearby.

Austin Room Rentals is a small, owner-operated portfolio of furnished houses rented by the room across Austin, Texas. Our renters are IT contractors, traveling nurses, interns and professionals relocating to Austin. Separately, we also keep a Gulf Coast vacation house in Nokomis, Florida and furnished rooms in Montréal and Ottawa.

Every home is fully furnished, all-bills-included, and Wi-Fi-ready from the day you arrive. We pick locations close to where our guests need to be — Tesla Giga Texas, Samsung, Apple, the Domain, ABIA airport, downtown Austin and Westlake.

The houses are managed directly by the owners. There's no leasing agency and no call centre: you talk to the people who look after the property.
